All information shared during life coaching sessions — including personal details, experiences, discussions, and any related materials — will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. No client information will be disclosed to any third party without the client’s explicit, written consent, except where required by law.
 

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Option:

For VIP clients seeking additional legal assurance, MIND BODY ONE offers the option to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request. This agreement provides an extra layer of legal protection, reinforcing our commitment to privacy and confidentiality.

Exceptions:

Confidentiality may only be broken in the following circumstances:
•    If there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.
•    If legally mandated by a court order or applicable law.
In such cases, we will make every effort to discuss the situation with the client before taking any action.
