Ordering & Shipping Policies
Ordering:
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee the ability to adjust addresses or order information once the order has been placed. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded, minus shipping charges. You will also have the option to have the order re-shipped provided that you pay for shipping via a provided link.
Processing & Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing before shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information provided. Delivery typically takes 3-5 USPS business days, though this may vary based on location, order time, weather, and postal delays. Orders placed near weekends or holidays may require an additional 1-2 days. Mind Body One is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue credits or refunds regarding these matters.
Out of Stock Orders:
Popular items may sell out before we can update the status on our website. In the event you have placed an order with us and an ordered item is out-of-stock, you will be contacted within 4 days after your order has been placed to inform you when we anticipate your order to ship or you will have the option to be refunded.
Customs & International Orders:
If shipping is outside of the USA, please check with customs agencies to ensure that the product you are purchasing is allowed to be imported. PLEASE NOTE: Mind Body one, LLC is not responsible for items rejected from import or by customs. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or lost packages.
Seasonal Shipping Advisory:
In warmer weather (above 80°F), products containing natural oils — such as candles — may soften or melt. To avoid heat exposure, please track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.
We are not liable for melted items. If your product softens, place it upright in a cool area to reset.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
Life Coaching Services:
Mind Body One reserves the right to terminate life coaching services due to misconduct. If it is determined that a session needs to be terminated, a refund will be issued for the remainder of the time left in the booking slot. Such clients will also be prohibited from re-scheduling future sessions.
