This 7-day cleanse is designed to help you lose up to 7 pounds naturally by flushing toxins, reducing inflammation, and fueling your body with hydration, minerals, and high-vibrational foods.

Required Products

You must purchase and take the following MIND BODY ONE supplements daily:

1. Total Body Detox – Natural herbal formula to cleanse the colon, liver, blood, and lymphatic system

2. Irish Sea Moss – provides 92 minerals from a natural source to restore and recharge the body

Other MIND BODY ONE supplements may be taken as desired, such as the soursop tea leaves (optional), but Total Body Detox and Irish Sea Moss are the minimum required for this plan.

The 7-Day Meal Plan Overview

  • Take Mind Body One Sea Moss and Total Body Detox daily as directed
  • Eat only seeded fruits and fresh raw salads daily (*home-made salad dressing*)
  • Drink 1 gallon of spring water daily
  • Drink herbal tea as desired (*use natural sweeteners sparingly)
  • Drink fresh homemade juices as desired (no smoothies) 
  • No cooked food, no meat, dairy, bread, eggs, sugar, soy, alcohol, or processed foods
  • Avoid seedless fruit and caffeine
  • At minimum, you should be having one large salad a day, one gallon of spring water and seeded fruits. There is no minimum or maximum amount of fruits you are recommended to eat on this plan.  Consume herbal teas and fresh cold-pressed juices as desired. You will feel full from these fiber enriched Whole Foods. Hunger will be the least of your worries, but re-programming your behavior will be your biggest challenge.
  • Recite the following affirmation below at least once a day (once in the morning when you wake up).

Fruits to Eat (Water-Rich & Seeded)

Choose from: watermelon (seeded), pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, key limes, green apples, pomegranates, papaya, peaches, mangoes, pears, cherries, seeded grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, figs, dates. Eat melons alone and separate from other fruits.

Daily Salad Guide

Eat at least one large salad per day. Rotate your greens and toppings to keep it interesting.

Salad Base Options

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Spring mix
  • Arugula
  • Dandelion greens
  • Kale (massage with lime or olive oil)
  • Spinach
  • Red or green leaf lettuce
  • Mixed salad in bag (discard extra contents like croutons, etc.) 

Topping Options

  • Cucumbers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red, yellow, or green bell peppers
  • Red onions or scallions
  • Grated carrots
  • Avocado *use sparingly*
  • Raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • Raisins (seeded)
  • Sliced olives
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil)

Spices & Seasonings

Ginger, turmeric, cayenne, cilantro, holy basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, kelp, celery salt, sea salt or pink Himalayan salt.

Natural Sweeteners


Raw honey (local or Manuka), pure agave syrup or nectar, date syrup, organic maple syrup (no additives)

Approved Oils

Grapeseed oil, avocado oil, cold-pressed olive oil

Herbal Teas

Allspice, anise, chamomile, cloves, fennel, ginger, lemongrass, raspberry, soursop leaves, peppermint 

Water Requirement

Drink one gallon of natural spring water daily. Recommended brands are Acqua Panna, Mountain Valley, Trader Joe’s Spring water, 100% coconut water (no sugar added). Add lime, cucumber or mint to water if desired.

MIND BODY ONE Juice Recipes

It is recommended to use a cold-pressed juice machine for fresh juices. If you use a blender, you may strain juice with an aluminum mesh strainer or a cheese cloth. For a single glass (approx. 12-16 oz), use the measurements provided in each recipe. To make a full pitcher of fresh juice, use 12 of each fruit or vegetable (except for lemons, limes, beets, cucumbers and fresh ginger). Only 1 lemon or lime, 1/2 a fresh ginger root, 3 cucumbers and 4 beets per pitcher.

Life Force Blend (Green Juice)

- 1 handful kale

- 1 handful spinach

- 1/2 cucumber

- 2 celery stalks

- 1 green apple

- 1/2 ginger

- 1/2 lemon, squeezed

- Optional: Dilute with spring water to your liking

 

Grounded Glow (Beet Juice)

- 1 small beet

- 2 oranges

- 1 red apple

- ½ ginger

- 1/2 lemon, squeezed

- Optional: Dilute with spring water to your liking

 

Sunfire Tonic (Carrot-Orange Juice)

- 3 carrots

- 2 oranges

- ½ ginger

- 1/2 lemon, squeezed

- 1/4 tsp turmeric

- Optional: Dilute with spring water to your liking


Citrus Guardian (Immune Booster Juice)

- 2 oranges

- 1/2 cup pineapple

- 1/2 lemon, squeezed

 - ½ ginger

-1 tsp honey (Manuka or local)

-1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

-Dilute with spring water to your liking

 

Spiked Apple Juice (Non-Alcoholic)

- 2 red apples

- ½ ginger peeled

- 1 tsp agave syrup

- 1/2 lime, squeezed

- 1/2 lemon, squeezed


Salad Dressings

*Why you should avoid Store-Bought Salad Dressings: Most commercial salad dressings have highly processed ingredients such as refined oils, preservatives and hidden sugars that are highly inflammatory and acid forming with essentially no nutritional value. With home-made salad dressings, you control the ingredients. Use a blender, food processer or many times you can shake and whisk.

Citrus Glow Vinaigrette

Juice of 2 key limes, 1 tbsp raw honey or agave, 2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil, 1 tsp grated ginger, pinch of cayenne, optional: pinch of sea salt or kelp powder. Whisk or shake in a jar. Use immediately.

Creamy Avocado Herb Dressing

1 ripe avocado (omit if you have fibroids, herpes, or cancer), juice of 1 lemon or 2 key limes, 1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil or avocado oil, handful of cilantro or parsley, 1 clove garlic (optional), 1–2 tbsp spring water, pinch of sea salt or kelp powder. Blend until smooth. Add water to thin. Refrigerate up to 2 days.

Sweet & Spicy Date Dressing

3 pitted Medjool dates (soaked 10 mins), juice of 1 orange, 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional), 1/2 tsp grated ginger, pinch cayenne, 1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil or grapeseed oil. Blend until creamy. Use on fruit salads or raw veggies.

Herbal Lemon Zest Dressing

Juice of 1 lemon, zest of 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp dried thyme or holy basil, pinch sea salt or celery salt, optional dash cayenne. Mix well and let sit 10 mins before using

Additional Tips

  • No microwave use
  • No seedless fruits or canned foods
  • No processed vegan foods or bread substitutes
  • Light movement daily (walk, stretch, jump rope, or sauna)
  • Prioritize sleep, hydration, and stress reduction
  • Take Mind Body One Total Body Detox and Irish Sea Moss every day without skipping.

Note:  It is not required to stop at seven days. Continue this pattern for as long as your body needs to release excess weight and restore balance. Irish Sea Moss can be taken long term. However, for Total Body Detox capsules, we recommend cycling them. We recommend taking this formula for 30 consecutive days, followed by a break of 7–10 days. This allows the body time to rest and reset. You may repeat the cycle as needed for ongoing detox support. In the break periods of cycling, you can still enjoy the weight loss benefits of the Salad, water and fruit diet.
