The Mind Body One Diet for Optimal Health & Healing

Welcome to the MIND BODY ONE healing protocol — a lifestyle rooted in nature, energy, and spiritual alignment. Whether you are on a journey to reverse chronic illness, enhance your vitality, or raise your vibration, this protocol was created with your complete wellness in mind.

If you’re consuming our supplements, we highly encourage you to follow this healing diet until you are fully restored. This isn’t just about what you eat — it’s about transforming your lifestyle into a sacred ritual of healing.

Recommended Grocery Stores

Shop at farmers markets or trusted health food stores (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Lassens, Rainbow Acres, Latin and Asian markets).

Why Diet Matters

MIND BODY ONE supplements are most effective when supported by a clean, high-vibrational diet. To accelerate healing and amplify results, we recommend temporarily and should consider long-term eliminating:

Foods to Avoid

All Meat (including seafood), dairy, eggs, fast food, seedless fruit, soda, white food or drink, canned foods, potato chips, pastries, candy, frozen meals, processed sugar (white, brown, cane), yeast, soy, alcohol, vegan processed foods (soy, tofu, Beyond Meat, vegan cheese, vegan ice cream). These foods are widely known contributors to conditions like high blood pressure, inflammation, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and more.

Our bodies are electrical by nature. That means we thrive on alkaline, mineral-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and herbs. When you consume high-vibrational, living foods, you naturally detox the body, cleanse the blood, and energize your cells — creating a state where illness cannot thrive.

Not Ready to Eliminate Meat Completely?

A plant-based diet promotes optimal health; however, it may take some time to re-condition your eating behaviors. If you are not ready to eliminate meat completely, we strongly recommend downloading the Nile Valley Diet E-Guide under the “Books & E-Guides” tab of this website. It supports healing while allowing lean poultry or fish just 2–3 times per week, with a bulk of your diet still being plant-based.

What to Eat: Alkaline Healing Foods

Your diet should be at least 80% fruit. Focus on rotating one type of fruit weekly for best results. This allows the body to fully extract and absorb the healing properties of each fruit.

Fruits/Vegetables for Cellular Regeneration

Seeded grapes, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, green apples, red apples, oranges, pomegranates, pears, peaches, mangoes, tangerines, berries (all types), dates, figs, seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, bitter melon, papaya. Melons should always be eaten alone and not combined with other fruits.

Vegetables (lightly steamed or raw, minimal use): Kale, spinach, dandelion greens, romaine, arugula, red cabbage, zucchini, squash, okra, red onions, sweet potato, bell peppers, mushrooms (except shiitake), olives, sea vegetables (kelp, dulse, nori)

Salad Dressings

*Why you should avoid Store-Bought Salad Dressings: Most commercial salad dressings have highly processed ingredients such as refined oils, preservatives and hidden sugars that are highly inflammatory and acid forming with essentially no nutritional value. With home-made salad dressings, you control the ingredients. Use a blender, food processer or many times you can shake and whisk.

Blend until smooth. Add water to thin. Refrigerate up to 2 days.

When to Eat: Daily Schedule for Cellular Detox

5AM–12PM: Only consume fresh fruit juice (non-pasteurized, homemade). This is your body’s natural detox window. Juice-only fasting during this time keeps the cleansing process active and supports your organs in releasing toxins.

12PM–5PM: Consume whole fruits, fresh salads, lightly steamed or raw veggies, grains (non-wheat), nuts/seeds, fresh fruit juice or a smoothie. If you are having issues eliminating meat, this is the ideal time to consume organic lean poultry or fish (no red meat). Your digestive enzymes are strongest midday. This is the ideal time to nourish your body with solid, hydrating foods.

5PM–5AM: Only fresh fruit juice or herbal teas. Keep digestion light as your body shifts back into repair and rest mode. Evening juicing supports deep cellular regeneration overnight.

Additional Healing Tips

Avoid all canned, frozen, and seedless fruit. Drink at least one gallon of natural spring water per day. Use an aluminum free deodorant or key lime juice as a natural deodorant. Brush with fluoride-free toothpaste and avoid toxic house-hold cleaners. You can also incorporate periods of water fasting, dry fasting or intermittent fasting during your detox for expedited results. Please download fasting guides under the “Books and E-guides” tab of this website.

Movement + Detox Practices

Spend 10-15 minutes in a steam sauna daily, if possible, to aid toxin release through the skin. Wear only cotton clothing during detox. For fitness maintenance, please refer to “Books and E-guides” tab of this website for intermediate and advanced exercise guides.
